Natasha in the office was obliging over the phone. Troy quoted on the job and was aware of keeping the cost of installing five interconnected wireless smoke alarms to a minimum. He suggested the most cost effective method of installation. Daniel came to do the job and was pleasant and efficient. He phoned beforehand as he was delayed at a previous job. If this is always the standard of service that is provided by Electrical Magic, it is certainly impressive. I will definitely use Electrical Magic again and will be recommending them to our Building Manager. It is sooooo refreshing to have a job done well as promised and at a reasonable price.

As a chairman of a 176 property body corp we use Magic Air and couldn’t be happier, I have even had them put 3 units in my own house, easy to deal with and on time, their quotes are not always the cheapest but I prefer quality over cheap poor work. Well done to Natasha and the team!! I recommend the LG wifi units you can turn on and control the unit from your mobile device, very handy!!

Troy has helped us out several times now – replacing & shifting ceiling fans, downlights, pendants, new wall lights and leds. Next job is an 84″ Albatross fan in the large middle void area of the house. Others said it couldn’t be done, but he has sorted it.  In short – he’s fantastic. Highly recommend.
